How should I dress for the spa?
To maximize your treatment experience, complimentary spa wear is provided for optimal access to your shoulders and neck. For your convenience, we advise wearing two-piece outfits like a top and pants over rompers, as they allow a quicker change.
Yes, we can host up to 12 guests at the same time. We highly recommend booking early to secure spots for your group.
Our products are perfectly safe for all hair types, even dyed or treated hair. But if you just got a color or keratin treatment, the deep wash might fade it a little bit. We recommend waiting 7 days after any chemical treatment before visiting us.
Our specialists can work with all hair types, including bald clients. However, if you have hair extensions, we must be able to reach your scalp easily, as some types might limit our treatment. For the best experience, we suggest removing extensions or dreadlocks before your visit. Please note we are not responsible for any damage to extensions. For dreadlocks, braids, and coily or textured hair, we provide towel drying or a quick blow-dry with a diffuser, but we do not offer full styling or blowouts.
Please inform us if you are pregnant! Our Head Spa uses all-natural and organic ingredients, generally safe for expecting mothers. However, we encourage clients with any concerns about specific oils to consult with their doctor and inform us in advance. Note: you will be lying flat on your back during the service, so if this is uncomfortable, we recommend postponing your visit until after delivery.
Yes, you can record a short video if you ask us first. We kindly ask you to silent your phone and avoid talking so we don’t disturb other guests. Ideally, put your device away to fully enjoy your relaxation.
