Appointments can be made up to 15 minutes before the scheduled time and up to 3 months in advance. You can choose your preferred team members, and we also offer group bookings for those who want to enjoy our services together.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for a one-time rescheduling. This policy ensures that we can accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
To ensure you receive the full benefit of your services, please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may be shortened or, if necessary, canceled to allow us to stay on schedule for other clients.
To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children who are not receiving services into the salon area. Children who are receiving services are welcome. Thank you for your cooperation.
For the comfort and safety of all our clients and staff, pets are not permitted in the salon. We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for your pet’s care during your visit. If you are a new client and need to bring your pet with you, please contact us in advance to discuss possible accommodations.
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we have a 300 lb weight limit for our services. Our team reserves the right to refuse service if we believe your safety or comfort may be compromised. This policy ensures the highest standards of care and safe use of our equipment.
At Moc Head Spa, we welcome all hair types, including dreadlocks, hair extensions, and eyelash extensions; however, services are provided at the client’s own risk. Due to the unique nature of these styles, results may vary, and certain treatments may not be suitable. Clients are responsible if hair or eyelash extensions become loose during or after services. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. For any concerns, please consult with your stylist beforehand.
For the best experience, we recommend removing makeup and jewelry before your session, if possible. This helps you fully relax during your treatment.
Customers are required to blow dry their hair using the hands-free blow dryers provided in the blow dry room. No styling is offered. If assistance is needed, Dyson hair dryer support is available upon request.
We have a NO REFUND policy on all salon services.
All in-store and e-gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift cards may be used toward any service or product and do not expire.
